Job Summary
The role is multi-faceted with strong emphasis on business development, account management, building partnerships, project management and increasing the current offering to maximise revenue from the customer.
Main Responsibilities
Be the lead contact for various Fleetmaster customers
Build strong and trusted relationships with key personnel within your customers
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Networking within accounts to secure all business opportunities
Working with internal company functions to give the highest level of customer service to your customers
Monitoring customer orders and work with the delivery team to ensure these are fulfilled effectively
Taking a proactive approach to account management
Arranging regular meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer
Be responsible for the continued satisfaction of your customers
Working with the Head of Key Accounts to report and forecast revenue steams
Essential Skills
Have a proven track record of working to KPI’s and achieving targets
Experience of account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
Confident in use of Microsoft Office systems
Desirable Skills
Experience of working withing Driver Training or Fleet Management
