Brief overview of role

A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team within an expanding organisation.  The successful candidate will be supporting the Key Accounts Team who look after some of our key customers performing a range of administrative duties. This is a role that has potential to expand and develop as the team and the person grows.

Job role Summary

Working week

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch)

Total working hours 35 hours per week

Working in a fast-paced office, you will be supporting the Key Accounts team carrying out duties including:

  • Dealing with external customers via telephone and email
  • Dealing with Trainers via telephone and email
  • Booking  and planning Training courses and sending confirmations out
  • Keeping customer and training records and logs updated
  • Assisting with campaign planning
  • Using bespoke IT system for data input and adding files to data records
  • Working closely with the Key Account Manager to develop customer growth
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
